the people we met in uganda are warm and lovely. annkm stunning adventure with africa wild explorations my trip to uganda was an amazing adventure, led by abiaz rwamwiri of africa wild explorations. the country and the wildlife were spectactular. abiaz was very flexible and made it possible for all of our adventures to feel like they were designed just for us. my trip had people who were at very different levels of fitness, and abiaz was able to make it good for each of us. i travel a lot, but on this trip, i felt uniquely fortunate most every minute to be there, to be in the midst of gorillas or chimpanzees or golden monkeys. i always felt safe. i would recommend africa wild explorations without hesitation for a unique adventure in uganda eileen c best african adventure ever we have been to other countries in africa seeking wildlife adventures. this one was the absolute best. abiaz was our guide--and he was fantastic---informative, accommodating, kind, fun, etc red boulder everything as expected and much more! abiaz initially planned on guiding my 12 day tour of the various uganda places, including, chimps and gorilla. unfortunately, he was not able to do that. instead he provided and outstanding driver/guide named richard akol. both abi and richard provided services above and beyond what i had planned. when adjustments were made they were either equivalent to those planned or they exceeded the one planned. abi was also willing and able to provide extended items on the itinerary for the day i arrived early as well as a free day when i passed through uganda on my way back to the us. both abi and richard knew of my desire to head to mbamba swamp and find shoebills. it was no problem with their planning and research!
